Switchboard help - Opticon 100

Hi there,

Please could someone assist me with troubleshooting a Telkom Opticon 100 switchboard. We get an engaged tone when dialing out and a 'jingle' when pressing 0. I'm not sure if this is a switchboard problem 'cause our other phone and fax lines are also dead, our adsl line does work though. We've reported the fault but any suggestions would be appreciated, we're a conveyancing firm and the 2 - 3 hour wait for a Telkom technician is serious downtime.
