Switching from Extra View To Separate Accounts?

The parents want to cancel their DSTV and get Openview, I see the price of decoders for this thing is R700 each and they'll need 2 of them, Easyview doesn't seem an option because although it's R29/pm, they are going to have to pay R115 for Extraview.

So, Im thinking why not have each decoder run on a separate account and that way they'll only pay R58/pm.

Can it be done?

Always been a right royal pain in the butt, even 12 years ago when I quit, and transfered, our decoder to my Sister-in-Law. If I'd known it would be such a PIA, I would have just bought a new decoder and given it to her.
