just invested in a new LG Oled tv and opting to upgrade my fibre to faster speed

currently with Home Connect who have served me well but thinking of moving to Cool Ideas

How easy is it to switch and will there be a period of non service between the switch?

how does one initiate?
cancel with home connect>>contact Cool ideas to set up new isp?

Yeah cancel and get the date the line will be released, apply with us and let the connect department know when that will be. Who is the fibre provider?

There shouldnt be so long as Vumatel does their part accordingly, but there is always the risk.
