Well I am officially fed up with the class 2 sd card that came with my DHD. Looking at getting a class 4 or 6.

What application can I use to copy all my data over without having to re-install my apps?

Yeah I hate the class 2's that for some reason not only still exist, but are plentiful. But normally when I ask them for a class 4, I get that all-too-familiar "wtf are you talking about"-look. Either that or they're stupidly expensive.

Anyways, just use Titanium Backup to backup all your apps and then copy all the contents of the SD card over with your PC, install Titanium again and restore your backups. It's worth getting the paid version, because with the free one you have to confirm each and every app.

Reckon if you are using an ext4 partition for your apps I woukld recommend using a linux distro, a card reader and GParted to copy over the partitions. If it is normal apps2sd from Froyo then you can do a simple copy all and paste.

I have apps2sd installed. So you saying I should just copy to phone, then back to memory card?
