On the telkom website under its ISP packages they state "Only one access technology may be used at a time" what does this mean?

That you can't share your connection? or that you can only use one package on a line?

I know telkom sucks, but I understand that they softcap (so getting a 3g account you can actually get more out?)...do they shape torrent heavily?

Can someone please tell me if its worth switching from Openweb (not that I've had any probs) to Telkom?

Maybe provide a direct link to the page where you found the text:
"Only one access technology may be used at a time"
I suspect it means that for example you cannot use both ADSL and ISDN on the same line...

Apparenltly Tlekom have changed their capping policy once more. Now you will get 4GB out of a 2GB acccount, 6GB off a 3GB one and so on. Then you are hardcapped fro good.

I would stay with Openweb and not support the devil, but that's just me.
