Swopping my account?

Hey guys,

I'm paid up to January 2008 on my account for the US. It's not BC unfortunately. I have about 300 gold in total spread around my chars on there and 2 druids (level 34 and level 46) including bank toons on there.

If anyone wants to buy this off me or swop it for an equivalent EU account (not necessary for the chars, I can level it myself) I'm open to offers. I'll even give it to you for cheaper than I paid for it.

also illegal so who ever takes over the account might just have it closed down a month down the line.
 
ur not allowed to swop accounts. go read the rules before retorts like that is made.
 
Bloddy hell mate. The guy wants to trade his account to play on EU,he is not selling it or trying to cheat.He just wants to play. So plz stop crying like a girl we KNOW blizzard says no to it. Cut him some slack.

Who the hell will know if he traded his account with someone else. They both paid for their CD keys and the account's are being paid. I fail to see how that makes any difference. Selling your account is another story.
 
The problem comes in if ur account is hacked. they suspend the account and u have to provide them with absolute proof that u bought the account. The CD key is not enough. I had to send a certified copy of my ID book before i could get my account opened. When we left the US servers for EU i just closed it down and bought a new account in EU, and man am i glad i did otherwise i would have lost all my toons and stuff. As it was i just lost the gold on my 70,s but my other chars came back butt naked and poor.

We're not allowed to use addons ? wtf dude, what are u smoking ? Why would there be a ADDONS button in the character selection screen ?

Not allowed to play the AH ? My crap-O-meter is going off the hook. I'd like to see you back that 1 up.

AFAIK sharing an account is legal, if you read the tips on the loading screen while logging in, you'd make the same deduction.

Selling an account with characters on it, is illegal. I'm pretty sure selling an account without any characters also isn't entirely legal, but maybe blizzard sees that in a different light.
 
u may use addons thats y the button is built in the interface.
u may play the ah but to limits of not screwing other people out of their fun experience of the game.
u may not share ur account unless its with ur minor child. i believe sharing with spouse is not allowed either.

1. Addons = There has been Bans on accounts for using certain addons.
So yes it is allowed but u need to double check the addons u use.
2. Not allowed to "Cook" the economy.

The sharing part has been covered

But having ADSL I have a dynamic IP address anyway? So its ALWAYS changing. Secondly, I have WoW on my laptop and if I use it at my office I have a different IP (but still me). And if you and your spouse (in the example) use the same PC - wtf?

So, as far as I can see, short of sitting next to u and ur pc they have no way of knowing you are sharing an account...

BUL!!!! I play from my laptop alot of times. Sometimes I go to friends for a weekend to wow or what ever.I use their adsl when im there, we are about 5 guys doing this each time a different one host our weekend so then My ip will be different at each of my mates houses. SO they gona ban me?
 
a dynamic ip can still be traced to within certain areas of the country. go read up about how they catch people who have used leveling services and u will know.
