My wife just called, she's been charged R17.54 just about every day for Content Services by a company called Sybase. She thinks its got something to do with a Facebook IQ app. I see there's quite a few similar complaints on HelloPeter.

How do I go about reporting them?

looks like somebody failed the IQ test.....

I don't enter any details so I Passed with flying colors!

Tip: Never enter your mobile nr as they will either spam you, or subscribe you to some shady service.....

Sybase is also a WASP - their details can be found on WASPAs website. And yes, Sybase is also a RDBMS.

Please note that you will need to take this up personally with your network provider as the smscode information is out of date. The WASP mentioned there is no longer the aggregation WASP that Sybase are using.

Sybase has three divissions

Sybase DB - Focus of DB products
Sybase Mobile -- Mobile Applications that talk to DB
Sybase 365 - Focus on mobile messaging, banking and aggregation services.

Also note, that this has to be a nominal rated shortcode/longcode band value (costing no more than R1). A WASP may also not charge you to unsubscribe, not that this happens but there are urban legends out there about this happening.
