Good day to all my fellow bikers. I've been a biker all my life, and enjoyed a hell of a lot of different bikes in my life. Recently i decided to buy myself a small cheap commuter for around town, and to safe money on fuel. So i bought myself a SYM XS 125 K. After driving it around for about 2 weeks,i decided to take it for a road trip down to Gordonsbay. I left Mosselbay 05h15 AM and arrived in Gordonsbay 10h20 AM. I stopped in nearly every town along the way,so that the bike wont overheat. To my surprise,i only used R90 of petrol from Mosselbay to Gordonsbay ! I stayed over at my friends in Gordonsbay for about 2 weeks, and then drove back to Mosselbay, with still the same engine oil it came out of the factory with. I took it to the dealership where i bought the bike, for it's 1st service, and i'm still happy riding around on it. Only problem i had,was my bum getting sore from the long ride. But then i must say, that the bike was never made for riding such long distances. I would recommend to get yourself a gel pad for the seat,if you are planning to drive it for a very long distance.

Hi. I’ve had the Sym Blaze 200 for a little over 2 years now, as my first bike. I cannot say how it compares to other bikes, but I can say it’s a workhorse. I’m on about 20 000km and not a day of trouble with the bike. Keep it serviced and maintained and it is an amazing commuter. And so cheap on fuel, wow!

Thanks for sharing. Ride safe
