Howzit guys

There's a few applications that I've downloaded for my Nokia X6, but whenever I try to install it I get the following error: "Certificate Error. Contact the application supplier."

I've read somewhere that you have to apply your own "signature" or something?

I have now knowledge of this certificate/signature stuff.

I've done some troubleshooting and I already checked that under Application Manager ---> Installations Settings ---> Software Installation , the option "All" is selected and that the Online Certificate Check is disabled.

Any advice would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance guys!

You need to sign the applications. They're 'unsigned apps.' You can download a 'free signer' from www.sharemobile.ro, just search it. For this you'll need a .cert and .key files of your own, preferrably, and sign the 'unsigned .sis/.sisx' applications through the 'free signer' application. To avoid all future application installation hassles, download an app 'HelloOx,' (sharemobile) sign it, install it, then run it, after 5 mins, of ongoing activity by it, cancel, reboot your device (you may uninstall it, afterwards); voila! Now you can install any Symbian application under the sun, whether it be unsigned, cracked etc. Got many unsigned and cracked apps on my Nokia.

Thanks a lot man, I appreciate it!
Sharemobile doesn't seem to work though, and I'm struggling to get HelloOx. Submitted the request on the site, but don't get my email.
Will browse around some more, thanks!

Okay, the site does work now.. Will give it a shot later on. Thanks! ;)
