Anyone here have the Proline u100 (Msi wind clone).

I want to install osx when i get one and was wondering which touchpad the proline branded version comes with.

Is it the synaptic or Sentelic?

My 3cell Proline U100 (which is not a clone but a rebadged Msi Wind) came with a synaptics touchpad . As far as I know Msi only put the Sentelic touchpad on the 6cell version so I'd avoid that one like the plague if I was you. Rather buy the 3cell version and get a 6cell battery separately.

I ordered the original msi which will arrive monday. Hope i get lucky and its the synaptic.

Andy from http://www.landmarkpc.co.za/store/wind-notebook-with-windows-home-white-p-1925.html just got the original msi in, and its going for R5069,24 .

Whats nice is, it now comes with a 120 gig harddrive.
