Sync issues

Its twice now that I had to call Telkom to reset my port after they fixed my line noise.

Instead of the usual 4096/508, I'm getting 3711/380. Attached is a screen shot of my particulars. I thought I understood line stats well, but I'm starting to doubt myself.

Can anyone look at this and advise?

That CRC Up number is horrible...relog a fault.

Well, I've officially been holding for two hours now and still no answer. What I done in the meantime was change all RJ11 cables going to phones and even the ones connecting that thing you talk into to the phones themselves. So far no more CRC up errors, but its only been ten minutes. I really wish these farking poop lickers would answer the goddamn phone already.
