Sync Pocket pc with Exchange

My director bought the new I-mate Jam and asked me to sync his emails with the i-mate. I`m unable to sync the pocket pc with my exchange server. I did download BA_MTN_SAfrica_V1.0.CAB from leafwireless but i keep on getting the following error message. "No modem at above nr". I`m still unable to get any gprs connection please help. Tx Uge

Can you surf to the OWA page(PocketIE) of your exchange server from the Imate?

First get Gprs to work normally.
