Sync Symlinks with Dropbox on Windows?

Is there anyway to do this, I'm on Win 10?

It will sync symlink folder contents but only once per Dropbox start up, ie if you kill the process and restart the app or reboot the computer it will sync updated files in symlink folders but other than that not.

I generally hibernate my computer so I won't get files synced for days as it stands and that's not good.

Well boxifier allows you to do one folder on their free package, I need more so still on the lookout
