Synchronizing folders between my internal & external HDD..

Whats the best, fastest, nice looking, non-resource-eating app that can synchronize folders between my internal HDD and external one? I preferably want something that sits quietly on the taskbar and when I click it, it should do it's thing..

Try Syncback. I use it to synchronise my laptop hdd and external hdd at 4pm every day
