Syncing But No Connection?

Well yet another Telkom rant!

Today I finally got my 3rd ADSL line installed, Verified it at 8:30am, Got a new router, Got a New Mweb account, Plugged and load it all up, worked like a dream until I got a call from a Telkom techie saying that “we need to disconnect your line in the exchange to do a test so the order can be closed” that was at 3:30pm.

Now my line is syncing no problems, phone is as clear as a bell, but no account will authenticate!!!!
Called Telkom, refreshed my port about 5 times,
Tried dropping my speed to 2meg,
Tried a different modem,
Tried a SAIX, Mweb, IS & WebAfrica Account with no luck.
Telkom say the line is fine, Mweb say it connects for 1 minutes and drops.
However the Telkom guest account connects and is soild.
I have tried re-verifying the line and it tells me it has already been done.
I have tried everything.
Yet my other two lines next to it work 100% Mweb and SAIX accounts!

I give up, Telkom what have you done?
