Syncing cellphone diary from website

Hi,

I had an interesting enquiry:

most cellphones can nowadays sync from a laptop.

A client wants to keep his peoples cellphones diaries synced while they are on the move.

Is it possible to sync a cellphone to a calender for a specific user via GPRS?

The cellphones will be java enabled.

The server must use OSS
