Syncing User Profile?

I work on two PCs, my laptop, and my home PC.... How can I keep my user profile in sync between the two?

I don't want to do this manually as its about 20GBs of data, so when I come home, I'd like to leave my laptop on overnight, and allow it to sync with the desktop, and if necessary, the other way around.

Any software I can use? There was an MS Powertool that could do it, not sure if its the best solution though.

I used to use something called 'Second Copy 2000' which could to do this.

It did a two way sync between two directories perdiodically.

I am not a big fan of synching your actual user directory, since it is a headache to make sure that you have exactly the same software installed on both computers... but anyway... try this... "allway sync"... has excellent configuration options.

Thanks

Lemme just clarify, not interested in the entire user profile just select directories.
e.g. Desktop,
Documents
Pictures
Favourites
etc.
