And so it begins - well - its begun a long time ago - but this blackout is a scary start to an already frightening human rights kockup.

So why doesn't the US step in on this regime?
Too afraid to piss off a supplier?
Too afraid to piss off neighbouring suppliers?
The UN Security Council are a bunch of traitors to those people being killed in droves too.

Agreed the UN-Security Council is useless imo all they ever wanna do is talk FFS not everyone will sit down and have a chat. In Cases where talking Fails (Like All the damn Time) they should troops to sort the people out. We Should have Earth Police A Collection of soldiers from Every Country on earth (Not UN).

What really bugs me is when they show the footage of the sh** going down in countries like syria people getting killed and then the UN "is all like we will launch investigation and if Found guilty we will charge them with war crimes" bollocks

The US to broke to help No one.

Because wherever there's oil and its conveniant for them - they do.
But Obama managed to seal his next term without an "invasion" - so there'll be no need from their side right now.

The US took out Saddam Hussein, they went after the Taliban, they went after Gadaffi - why not Syria?
Why shouldn't the "Team America World Police" get involved?
 
There are worse things than no internet. Such as I dunno... civil war resulting in death and suffering.

And the US promised to leave Gaddafi alone if he became nice, then they went ahead and bombed him. So what's the response to that? Don't trust the West and build up a nuclear arsenal. Iran and North Korea have justification in wanting nukes.

I'm neither for or against the invasion of Libya. Just highlighting the US's bias towards their own agenda for crusading for others' "freedoms".

Could you name one country which is not biased?

The problem in the US is that promises made by one president are then rescinded by the next. Remember how Blair and Bush invited Gaddafi back into the fold only to have Obama bomb that country and lead to Gaddafi's murder (he did not get fair trial).

Well, that's just it. Who can a dictator trust? Nukes are the answer to the question.
