Hi guys,
Anyone familiar with a system that can be used to accomplish such a task. Essentially our plan is to do away with site files and have everything electronic. This would be achieved by:
- A central distribution system (currently testing out synology drive) - I'll probably investigate other free cloud services.
- Documents are converted to pdf forms
- Site users then access these documents (some of them being templates), complete and save as a specific name using a tablet.
The roadblocks I'm seeing at the moment is:
1. Documents can't really be edited on the fly in synology drive (it has to be opened with 3rd party apps, saved on the tablet then uploaded)
2. The pdf forms I have made so far i can't seem to complete on the tablet, like checkboxes. Is there a specific app for tablets (free). I used Adobe PDF - Edit but the signature fields don't show. (Everything is fine on the desktop app and interactable)
