Systray (Notification Area) to Taskbar

Hi there,

Does anyone know if it is possible to change a program that is running and displayed in the Systray (Notification Area) to show on the Taskbar in Windows7 ?

Thank you for your reply, but .....

Perhaps I didn't make myself clear when asking the question or I can't see where in teh 2 url's you refered me to that answers my question:-

I have a program running and it's displayed in the Systray as active etc.
I want to know if there is anyway of having it displayed in the Taskbar instead of the Systray? .... or it can also stay in the Systray as well but also on the Taskbar?

I know you're probably asking "why" but please bear with me, I need to have it this way.
