This is the stats for the BM Hunter T21 set. Take note of the totals and how closely they match each other.

Would it be beneficial to apply this scaling to your character with all the gear aqcuired aka to keep the stats relatively close to each other?

I know noxxic/Icy-veins etc place stats in order of priority, but looking at the flat rate of T21 gear this is not the case. In fact Versatility comes out slightly on top.

The best would be to always sim your character to see which is better. As you have to keep in mind which Legendary items you are using you would have to choose your tier around that (most likely).

I play MM, so not completely updated on BM but AFAIK there is two builds you can go with BM and both utilize different Legendary items. You can always see a comparison sim based on a single gear set with different Legendary items and tier pieces at www.herodamage.com.

Hope this helps.

Use the SIMC addon.
Get your simc export, and dump it into raidbots to get your stat weights.
Then import those stat weights into PAWN.
As each piece of gear can influence the dps gain from another stat.

And even going by BiS lists isn't 100% correct because of titanforging / warforging.
To give you an idea, the warrior I'm currently playing was using a gearset where all my stats were pretty close (34dmg per stat etc) I dropped some haste with an upgrade and with it lost a break point.
My haste is now much higher per point compared to the rest.
