T31k0m ADSL and multiple logins

Hi all, I know this question has been around, but can anyone give me conclusive (not IMO) info on this issue:
How many logins is one entitled to on t31k0m 512k business?
" 512k home?
Am I entitled to dial-up with the same user name and password for my ADSL a/c (business / home?).

I am just querying this as in my experience, the dial-up works, then doesn't, etc etc. - can I dial up when ADSL is connected 24/7 at my router?

Can I use my t31k0m ADSL user/pass on (another) 192k ADSL line?
