Table View WTF?

Just bumped my AH account from 4 to 10 this morning. First experience was great and various speed tests confirmed it. Then some time during the day it all went to hell, like usual since a couple weeks. Right now I'm getting. 0.4 down and 0.6 up! That's not something one expects for paying around 300 bucks more.

Does anyone know what's going on in "SA's fastest growing suburban area"? It's 20:35 now, so the businesses can't be blamed anymore for using up all the bandwith, or can they? Telkom just finished upgrading the whole area with 20/40 interwebz so they should be like future proof for a little while, no? WTF is happening here???

Count yourself lucky. Also in the TV area and I can barely sync at 3Mbps.
