Hi all
Note 4 cell stolen over weekend. No backup handset. Used for calls, correspondence, syncing 3 profiles (highly secured/regulated work 'VPN' on Exchange, GMail & Outlook), GPS and streaming media. Unhappy with Dell 8" WiFi only Win10 tablet.
Was wondering if anybody here uses a 10"+ tablet as their only telephone? Is it even possible? Maybe with Bluetooth earpiece... Apart from the portability hassle, it seems a good all round compromise to carrying 2 separate devices?
Work (syncing) doesn't do well with Android. Windows on a potable device hasn't provided me a 'happy place'. Seems my colleagues with Apples aren't struggling so I may be inclined toward my first iOS device if their tablets would allow for the above?
Your thoughts on tablet as phone please? Am worried that I'm not thinking of something as I'd think that this would be a more common sight than it is...
Thanks
Alex
