Tablets And Powerpoint

Hello! I'm trying to find a decent tablet that will allow me to view and possibly edit Powerpoint files. The Powerpoint files will contain X-ray pictures in the .jpg format and the occasional video clip in the .avi format.

As far as I know the Asus EEE Pad series comes with Polaris Office, which is supposedly pretty good. The iPad has apps that would allow me to View my Powerpoint files, but I am not sure whether I will be able to edit my files with the above apps.

Can someone recommend a Tablet along with the relevant software for my needs, please? Is there an Android solution?

Lastly, would I be able to create a Powerpoint presentation from scratch on a tablet or am I just limited with viewing and possibly editing?

The iPad has Keynote that can view and edit PowerPoint presentations. You can also get a VGA or HDMI output cable for it and output your presentation directly to a projector and control it using the Keynote remote app on the iPhone.
