hmm where about in durban do u stay, cos i heard that they have classes in church near blackburn road, otherwise i think, note i think there is another class near morningside somewhere... i could find out...
and omg tae-bo does not even compete to a run or a bike ride. i thought i was a man when i could do a 100 comfortable push-ups. until i went to a tae-bo session, i could barely do 10 push-ups after that. was the best feeling i have ever experieced...

Why do you want to go to classes, just buy the dvd from glomail i think it is.
