Take a break software

I am looking for a program that that will log your computer say every hour for 5 minute so it will force you to to take a break.
Does anyone know it there is something like that out there.

EyeLeo is what I was looking for. In strict mode is will prevent you from using the computer of a minute or two.

Eskom will be doing this for you so no need for software...

You could also just create a scheduled task... Pretty easy to do and could make it lock the pc or just display a message etc.
