Take that neotel

matrixweb u r SERIOUSLY a drama queen, throwing your toys out the cot cuz neotel haven't provided you with a service yet. Wake up buddy, you're in South Africa, stop trying to sound like some entitled Sandton Koogal who believes the world should bow down to him because he's some (potential) paying customer.

they told me 3-4th june do u see anything in dbn now??? its the 17th???

no offence Matrix but I couldn't get past the first few lines of your post. I understand what you are saying though! We don't have an option but to wait.
If I stand in my garden I can see what I think to be a CDMA tower, and when I look at it I can feel it looking back and saying 'No coverage in your area yet I'm afraid'
*sigh*

i sent this email to consumers , hope they like what i say

:mad:grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr neotel

If I was a company and received an email like that my first response would be to laugh the second would be to press the delete button...

In my experience you are more likely to get a response if you don't frantically type what is in your head but rather compose a sensible and constructive email. Yours comes across as a mad man who is one step away from running through the streets with his gun firing randomly at anyone who crosses his path!

I suppose your response is indicative of the modern fast food society we live in. We want everything and we want it yesterday already. I personally prefer my suppliers to fully test a system before throwing it to me to test. I get more frustrated with something that does not work properly rather than the waiting for it.

I dunno. Service levels in SA are declining. If anything service was better in the past, it's not 'fast food culture', it's nostalgia for the old days when people and businesses took pride in the way they functioned.

I learned one thing and that is that being polite usually does not help these
days. One should however not become personally abusive or rude, but
one has to be firm and use strong language (eg "Your service is terrible.").

Employees should not be in a position to delete emails. Unless its the owner of the business or someone high up who really doesn't care what the shareholders think, or owns the company himself, the receiver of an email
complaining about something should NEVER delete it without acting on it,
even if the email appears to come from a lunatic (not saying it did in this case either).

yay guns *bang*:D

I love the typical SA attitude. I want it and I want it now, no matter if it has been tested yet or not just let me have it. Personally if I received a letter like that I would tell you to go say what ever you want on your 4 websites because once you have it you will complain its not what you wanted.

Maybe it's just me being from Cape Town but have some patience.

lol guns *bag bang* oops i just shot my dog:eek:

It seems a little ironic that the people ranting are the ones that can't get service from Neotel. The posts from people who are using the service are generally more positive. I'd be more worried if it was the other way round, like we've seen with some other providers...
