I had orderd my copy Of orange box on the 3rd of Nov got it on the 5th opend it on the 11th... :)

I installed it my PC crashed I tried to re-install but DVD drive was thinking something els.... :(

I e-mailed customer support... and guess what!!

They said they would courier it back to CPT test it. If it does not work give me a new copy!! BTW thats Orange Box! you only realy need a key and then it's useless to someone els. :eek:

WOW!! That's what I call good customer support! Heck most places would just say screw off it's opend and it's not our problem!

lol, now before we get to the good part [2 copies of OB for the price of one!!!] I found out that my DVD drive is starting to pack up on me therefore that is why it would not read the DVD....

I disagree with this post, i bought i game there recently and they clearly stated they had stock and delivery would be within 3 working days.....7 working days later i recieved my game:(, only reason i bought from them was because i thought i would get it the quickest through them and i was wrong.

Well they say, sometimes "3 - 5 working days" to get the item from thier supplier to them, then about 1 - 2 working days for delivery [excluding weekends]

Technicaly it could have taken 7 day's I wated about a week for my copy Of nightfall :)
 
I've ordered quite a few items from them and I have had great service.

When Bioshock came, there was a slight dent in the box, they brought me another one and took back the dented one. It was a minimal dent, but the metal shiney box is worth perfection.

Great to hear, We have a BTgames in P.E now :D but will still use take2 for some of thier crazy special's on DVD's, Games & books!
 
Hmm, the first time i ever ordered from them was last week. I bought COD4 online and they also said 3-5 days. On wednesday I received confirmation of my deposit and on Friday the game arrived in East London from CPT. (I was surprised they even know where EL is)

So far my first order from them was awesome. I'll keep looking at them and BTGames.
 
I've only had good service from Take2 over the years. Especially sourcing Region 1 dvd's at reasonable prices.
 
My last order from Take2 was not a very pleasant experience. I ordered Guitar Hero 2 for the 360 from them, waited 2 weeks for the item and when it arrived the box the guitar came in was ruined. The cover of the box was missing completely and the rest seemed like it had gotten wet somewhere along the way. Luckily the guitar was still in it's plastic wrapping so it had not gotten wet. I suppose it's not so much Take2's fault but the couriers but Take2 should really use a more reliable courier service to Bloem. Now I never pre-order or order from them :( I usually get the item from Look & Listen much earlier than it takes them to courier.
 
Yeh, for big packages, its much better to just fetch it yourself. But for cd/dvds i reckon BTgames & Take2 are pretty cool. Their pricing is also very nice.
