Yeah I think you’re confusing growth with competition.
Did you read the concerns of third party sellers at all?Growth means taking over the market and becoming the leader. That was always what business was about. Growing your business to become the dominant leader in the market and buying out and crushing competitors. Generating huge income which not only benefits the company and its investors, but also the country in terms of tax revenue. When you start preventing this, there is no incentive for a company to grow nor for investors to invest in.
