Would like to say I'm really chuffed with Takealot this time round.

Had a horrible experience with them last time. Bought 5 Tablets on Wednesday, delivery was only due Monday but it arrived today. No idea where to post this As I have seen a few Takealot posts here. Mods can move it if needed.

Will use them again, was pretty weary this time around as it's so close to Christmas and the last time I ordered something from them it took ages to get it delivered.

The Toshiba? Also ordered one for my mom, was ready to be delivered today but changed the address so will only get it on Monday.
 
I wish I had the financial stability to procure 5 tablets at once.
 
Picked up a problem with one of the tablets we bought regarding the charging and the screen going black when switched on. Did a return on their website and they collected the affected tablet. Pretty efficient. No feedback yet on if they will fix or replace. But still pretty happy so far.
 
@Pitbull one weekend takealot experienced problems with their system. All ordered placed would never get delivered unless you informed them. Just one tweet sorted it out. No system is full proof.

For our company we have started to order from Takealot as apposed to dealers as the prices including delivery are far better.

Same here. Just once they messed up my order and sent me an item of higher value.. 1 week turnaround time to get the right item.

They probably wanted to get to the bottom of the mix up. What I love about them the most they do price match it you ask them nicely.

If they don't stock something you communicate with them and It's possible they will.
