Looking to chat with people who are sellers on takealot.
I am having a lot of "short shipments" reported by one of their DCs. These shortages happens for smaller items for which other retailers I supply do not seems to have. Disputing these shortages with their DC teams is not getting us anywhere. Yesterday they reported that we supplied 12 items short in a 17 items shipment - suspiciously all pieces of jewellery.
We have strictly protocols in place for picking, sorting and packing at our warehouse and have been personally rechecking TAL shipments and ensuring them sealed.
This has happened with 2 different couriers which also ship to other retailers without an issue.
