Taliban claim attack in US

I doubt the taliban had anything to do with this. I mean if they had a guy in the US willing to do this, why attack an immigration centre?. Why not fire shots at the white house or attack a police station or something?

I think it is more likely that this was a disgruntled immigrant who is having a problem with the US immigration department.

The same reason why they run around blowing up markets full of innocent people in Iraq. It's called terrorism for a reason.
 
Yeah, the Vietnamese have always been radical muslims... it was just a matter of time before the secret Viet-Queda cells start to wreak havoc. ;)

FBI rules out Taliban claim

The FBI on Saturday ruled out Pakistani Taliban militant leader Baituallah Mehsud's claim that he was responsible for an attack on a US immigration assistance centre in New York state in which 14 people were killed.

"Based on the evidence, we can firmly discount that claim," FBI spokesperson Richard Kolko said.
