Talking points gone from nearly 2000 to 86 ?!?!

Hi

I had nearly 2000 talking points on my data prepaid account a month ago and today I logged in to check my data bundle and noticed I only had 86.

Now I know that if your prepaid bundle runs out it will start deducting from the talking points and knowing this I have always made sure that I had plenty data left.

I had been saving these points in order to get a new modem through a Vodashop.

Has anyone noticed talking points going missing like this ?

Points expire.

Example:
Mr Bean will get a SMS in the first week of the 18th month as he had 190 points at the end of month 17. (Please assume that he has not redeemed any of his points for a reward.) He will be informed that he will start to forfeit some of his points on the first day of the 19th month.
