Is talking points worth building for a cell phone?

No I don't think so cause it actually expires.... Yes its shocking. If you do nor recharge very frequently it expires..... Happened to me.

Well let us see. 1000 points minimum for a cell, so that's 10 grand right? Eh I'll pass thanks, especially since you need to recharge so regularly, and even then you lose points eventually.
