I have installed Tapatalk app on my Android smartphone to check on the xiaomi.eu forum I am subscribed to. The problem is that app literally spammed the email I used for that forum. In particular, I received mail notifications for forums I had not subscribed to, but are available in Tapatalk (including this forum).
In MyBB, an account has been created without my permission: the username is my email without the domain, and I never received a mail informing me of the account creation, nor asking me to click a link to activate it, or even telling me my password. To get in here I had to reset it.
Clearly this is Tapatalk's fault and not yours, but I just wanted to report that this issue regarding your site happened to me. I read accounts are not deletable in this forum. Fine to me, I'm ok with having a few accounts I don't use somewhere in the internet. I'd ask you who do I have to contact to change my username anyway.
