This used to be very easy process, so easy that I used to get a new bag every year from them.
Unfortunately Targus has remove the distribution license from Tarsus Distribution (local SA Distributor).
From my last experience (circa 2016ish) you now have to lodge claim with their UK based support team (
[email protected]) and provide:
"1.- Model and PO/LOT number: Please send us a clear picture of the label where this information is visible. (You can find this label sewed to one of the stitches inside your Targus bag)
2.- Date of Purchase (dd/mm/yyyy): If you cannot indicate the most accurate Date of Purchase, please indicate an approximate date of purchase for our records.
3.- Proof of purchase (receipt)
4.- Description and Pictures of the fault: Please describe the issue you are experiencing with your Targus bag and provide 2-3 pictures where the fault can be appreciated.
5.- Your delivery address: Please specify street, number, postcode, city and country.
If a delivery is to be made to a company, please specify the company details in your address information.
6.- Your daytime telephone number
Gave up and bought a new bag rather.
