Or even real cranberry juice(not the blend mixes)

I suffer from gout(genetics and bad karma over the years and real man stress) and my meds are making me dizzy.I told my doctor and he is suggesting go from 300mg allupronol to 400mg....fk that...i want to leeeeeve damint liiiivvvvvee .These meds are worrisome.
I have decided no more sugar and my diet to consist of banana shakes only for life...monkeys can do it so why cant i(Charles Darwin ignorant fool)lol.:crylaugh::crylaugh::

since the death of my partner i had like 4 attacks,its been 4 months.....stress is a bitch but this treasure hunt for the lost concentrate is not helping.
