I am looking for some free software (network based or internet based) that will allow me to create a "task" for each item of work that comes in for my team and to then allocate it to that person.
In the basic sense, something like Google Docs could work where I use the spreadsheet functionality to update the work for each staff member and they view live updates of the spreadsheet (and version tracking).
Preferably I would like a drag and drop kind of tool where I can drag a task to a person with a due date and they should book the work out once completed?
