Task notification on Galaxy S3

Hi guys

I need help. I got pretty much everything working on my Galaxy S3, except for the notifications that have to go off on my reminders in the S Planner.

I set them, but they never go off. What am I doing wrong? I've checked the manual and that is so not helpful. I've tweeked the settings over and over and nothing.

Please help!

I just hit the +
Put in the subject
Then enter the date and time
Then set the reminder section

Yeah, I did that. But the reminders never went off. But no worries. I just got a new reminder app that works.
