We need to register my girlfriend for tax, but we're not quite sure how. These are the circumstances:

1. She works 2 jobs
2. Both jobs are under the tax limit, but the combined salary means she's now in the bracket
3. Her one employer pays money into her account, but doesn't give pay slips
4. Her second employer pays her cash and gives her pay slips.
5. She's not registered for PAYE or anything

So the question is: What does she do from here? Any help or suggestions?

The SARS website isn't very helpful.

3. Her one employer pays money into her account, but doesn't give pay slips
Does she have an employment letter or contract with this employer? If she is employed the employer, by law, has to deduct UIF etc and give her the breakdown of deductions each month ala payslip.
The decision to register will be based on the above if she is formally employed by the employer. Even somebody working freelance for a company legally has to get a payslip. (Even if you have only billed one working day that month). Especially if the employer is a registered business.

Sorry about the late reply.

As far as I'm aware she doesn't have a written contract with them.
