Tax invoice Woes

So - I used to get an email with my tax invoice, statement etc from MTN

Then they moved to emailing me a link to a website where I could download my tax invoice.

Now this website is down, and self service option for invoices does not actually include TAX invoices.

How on earth should I get my tax invoice?
Tried tweeting and emailing, also gave up on the call centre option.

Can anyone help?

They emailed mine to me this month, but you should be able to access it on MTN Active - I have just checked and could access mine fine.

Active seems just to give the normal invoice, no discounts applied, and not a tax invoice?

You may need to go to an MTN Service Centre...

Sorry for delay getting back to you - the invoices are right down the bottom of the Active page, in My Bills. You can see and print invoices for the past year or so. It doesn't state Tax Invoice (does state Invoice) as such but has all the details for subscription, credit charges (discounts) usage charges and total, and subscriber details, account number, address etc. That any good to you?
