Hi everyone. My wife got an email from SARS this morning for "eFiling Administrative Penalty Assessment Notice"
Had a look and its an issue from 2018. Where my wife did exam marking, got paid by the government and they seemed to have ****ed up something.
When we try to submit the 2018 return, "could not be processed....contact fund administrator to correct error"
If I recall, in 2018 we tried to contact the education department. They said they lost all records of paying due to a fire. Told Sars and kinda left it.
So what can we do here? Does anyone have a good tax consultant that can also help?
