Tax Returns Question

Hi all,

I have a question regarding tax returns and hoping someone can point me in the right direction. The company I was working for last year got liquidated about halfway last year and it looks like I will not be getting an IRP5 for the period I was employed there in 2013... about 4 months into the tax year.

If I am unable to get an IRP5 how would I disclose this information on my tax returns? (earnings and tax paid for the period?)

Thanks

You need to ask an IRP5 from the lawyer-firm handling the liquidations.

They had to have it loaded on e-filling already (Company submission)

The Lawyers handling the liquidation would have alread had that sorted. Or filled for extentions with SARS. But pretty sure it's sorted already, they had 6 months to do it.
