Hi Guys,
I will be filing a tax return for the first time, I need some help.
I earn 120k per year + traveling expenses.
Now I know you have to submit a return if you earn above 120k per year which I don't yet (I earn 120k on the dot), but does my traveling reimbursement (per km fee) push me over this limit or is it counted as tax free? E.g. do I submit a return for 120k or 120k + money received for traveling costs?
I really am clueless about this - if you have any documentation I can read as a first time tax payer I'd be really grateful.
Thanks and Regards,
J
