Taxed on Bonus Not Received

I am getting a tax practitioner to look at it now... if I am right, then they are going to get the lube-less treatment before the weekend.

Dude, do you ever stop complaining? I know this one is probably valid, but it honestly sounds like you complain about anything and everything to do with your work

My previous employer owed R30000 in tax for more but never paid it.
I was liable for the amount.
Reported him to the SARS fraud line and they did squat despite having various ppl experiencing the same thing all wanting to give info against the guy.

When I left I asked them what happens to the pro-rata amount of the 13th check, I was told to f--- off.

I saw on the IRP5 I had to beg them for, that they declared they paid me an amount of R8610 as an annual payment. I never received that.

Other companies I resigned from.. I examined the IRP5's they omitted the source code 3605 because correctly, I didn't get a cent!

Is this how it works for tax purposes, or do I have a valid claim against them?

I wonder who is the biggest troll around here? You also had a go at me in another thread couple of minutes ago. Are you the self appointed MyBB police? Scanning posts and chipping in with no other reason but to have a go a a poster you do not agree with?

Why don't you follow your own advice and just ignore these posts that you are so eager and quick to cast critisism at?

Anyways, maybe its just me then that thinks he has complained a hell of a lot in threads recently.

If not, shut up. He asked for advice not to be told to stop complaining

Name and shame, only thing you can do to employers like this is make them feel embarrassed as hell how they treat people, take it up with CCMA(or which ever dept necessary) too for being mistreated etc if they do not comply with even simple things.

If they do tenders tell them you will get their tax clearance cert removed, fight and give them a headache anyway possible, dig deeper, maybe you can bust them for tax evasion or something else :)
