TCIP STACKING

Anyone..........please help!

I re-installed Enternet 300 on my Compaq Presario 7585. It gives me an error of....."Windows found hardware, but no TCIP stacking".

Whenever I completely formatted the hard drive and re-installed the Quick Restore CD, it does not recognize my modem. How can I tell my PC to auto detect my modem. I am in desperate help.

Try installing Windows and the drivers from scratch. That is: without the Quick Restore CD. Then install all the drivers manually after windows has booted.
