TCP port 4242 down on IS uncapped?

I'm trying to connect to an edonkey server on TCP 4242, but looks like nothing is going thru on that port. Is there anyone experience this also?

Ya, that's the same time it happened to me..

i've had another international downtime just now for about 5 - 10 mins.. the 2nd time this week.. went to webafrica support and ask them, but they say they have no comfirmation of any downtime from IS, but they did have one other client complain.

so hopefully IS is just having some issues and not trying to put some kind of cap on the line..
