Firstly: no not that that of teabag. (Get your mind out of the gutter)
Admittedly I'm not a tea drinker but I bought some green tea because it was going on special a while back 3 boxes.
I put the teabag in the mug added water and had let it steep. So I take the teabag bag out and wasn't prepared for the overwhelming taste of paper this cup of tea had.
Now whenever I use the tea, I remove the tea leaves from the tea bag and once the leaves have been sufficiently steeped I strain if with a tea strainer.
Was I doing something wrong?
Or does all teabag tea have the taste of teabags?
Or are my tastebuds too sensitive? (Personally I'm not a fan of Nespresso because because I feel like it tastes plasticky)
