Overview
  • As a team assistant you will responsible for vital organizational activities which will allow the greater Liberty Digital team to produce the best work they can.
  • You will provide ongoing administrative and organizational support including to the members of the Liberty digital unit
  • Passionate about offering support and improving the team’s ability to produce the best work possible

Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft office skills
  • Good with using digital tools
  • Previous experience as team support or personal assistant in a digital environment
  • Great in administration and process management
  • Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be organized and efficient
  • Completed college and Undergraduate
  • Languages : English, knowing any local South African language is a good to have

Responsibilities
  • Expert in diary and calendar management
  • Arranging for access cards, wifi, equipment's etc. during onboarding
  • Organizing meetings for everyone on the team and assisting in coordinating corporate events
  • Monitoring and fielding incoming communications
  • Assisting in the production of administrative documents
  • Planning recurring team events
  • Booking travel and logistics for the team when required
  • Overseeing the general function of the team spaces
  • Ad-hoc admin support when required
  • Project support when necessary
